Explanation
 During an attempt to intercept an allocation request, Advanced Allocation Management could
not obtain enough above-the-line or below-the-line storage to perform
processing. 

User response Increase the amount of above-the-line and below-the-line
storage for the job that encountered the error. If the error persists,
contact IBM® Software Support.
