GLO7660E OPEN failed for SYSOUT file.

Explanation
During SMF Reporting Utility processing,
the SORT_BY parameter was specified. To perform sort processing, the
utility must open the ddname SYSOUT to communicate with the sort routine,
but the OPEN operation was unsuccessful. 

User response
 Look in the job log for data management (IECxxx)
messages that contain more information about the error. If the problem
persists, contact IBM® Software Support.
