GLO7640E Unable to locate required ddname - SMFIN

Explanation
During SMF reporting processing, Advanced Allocation Management was
not able to locate the SMF input data set ddname (SMFIN) in the TIOT.
 Message GLO7618E accompanies this message and indicates the SMF data
set name that was being processed at the time of the error.  This
error is an internal error.
