Explanation
 During product initialization, an error (rrrrrrrr)
occurred while attempting to obtain above-the-line common storage
for a product control block. 

User response Investigate a potential shortage of above-the-line
common storage and restart the product.  If the problem continues,
contact IBM® Software Support.
