Explanation
During product initialization, an internal
system error was encountered in establishing the product. The most
likely cause of the error is that after the current IPL, a version
of Advanced Allocation Management that
is incompatible with Advanced Allocation Management 3.2
was started before starting Advanced Allocation Management 3.2.

IPL the system before starting Advanced Allocation Management 3.2.
