  Explanation
During forward processing, a gap in the SMF record
    timestamps was encountered for the specified system id.
    Subsequent messages immediately follow this messages, which
    will indicate the nature of the gap.  The purpose of this
    message is to raise the possibility that one or more files
    of dumped SMF data may be missing from the set of input
    files specified via the ddname in the SMFFILE keyword.
    Missing SMF data for a FORWARD Recovery can lead to
    inaccuracies in the recovered BCS records.
