Explanation
For each tape identified in error 4007C (where the
extension number of a tape extension record does not agree with the
counted number of extensions for that tape (see error 4007C, above)),
a single instance of error 4007V is generated. There is one 4007V
error for each tape VOLSER identified in 4007C. This error may be
corrected by running AUDIT MEDIACONTROLS for the volume in error.
