Explanation
In the OCDS each tape has a root record called extension
0000. In this extension is a successor volume pointer, indicating
that the last data set on the tape is continued to a successor volume.
Audit Suite has looked up the detail of that last data set and has
determined that it is valid and is continued to a successor volume.
In this case the successor volume is different than the SVOL field
in the OCDS. This error may be corrected by patching the successor
volume field.
