Active Allocations report

Select the Active Allocations option from DFSMShsm Host Reports menu to create an Active Allocations report that lists and displays information about data sets allocated to HSM hosts.

You can set up filters on any combination of these attributes, so that the report includes only those data sets whose attributes match the filters:
  • DFSMShsm host ID
  • DFSMShsm job name
  • Data set name
  • DD name
  • Volume serial number
Report information includes one row for each data set whose attributes match the specified filters. For each data set, the report information includes the following:
  • Data set name
  • DD name
  • Volume serial number
  • Member name
  • Allocation disposition
  • Normal and conditional dispositions of the allocation
  • EXCP count
  • Job name and number
  • Host ID
