AKDAUDFD audit procedure
The AKDAUDFD procedure is the equivalent of the IBM® AUDIT DIRECTORYCONTROLS VOLUMES(volser) command and produces diagnostics that are helpful for determining the health and contents of a tape before it is mounted and read.
AKDAUDFL audit procedure
AKDAUDFL depends upon the successful completion of procedure AKDAUDFD for the same tape volume because AKDAUDFL uses the data sets that were created by AKDAUDFD and runs additional diagnostics after reading the physical tape.
AKDAUDFT audit procedure
The AKDAUDFT procedure is the equivalent of the IBM AUDIT MEDIACONTROLS VOLUMES command. AKDAUDFT combines the functions of the AKDAUDFD and AKDAUDFL procedures in a single audit procedure.
