Overview

IBM® TRIRIGA® Application Suite is an integrated workplace management system that enables access to a full set of real estate and facilities applications, with flexibility to start with any real estate or facilities discipline and expand into other areas.

TRIRIGA Application Suite offers:

Red Hat® OpenShift® offers the following features:
  • Flexible Deployments: Take advantage of the suite by installing, configuring, and deploying TRIRIGA Application Suite in a Red Hat OpenShift cluster. TRIRIGA Application Suite is available as a self-deployment or as a managed service. A single entitlement allows access to all applications available by either perpetual or subscription licenses. IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite Managed Service is available for a single point of access to the full range of TRIRIGA Application Suite real estate and facilities management capabilities running on IBM Cloud® with the support of IBM operational experts.
  • Application Points (AppPoints): The application usage, runtime, and user access for IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite are managed by using AppPoints. Simplified, suite-based licensing structure that provides a single point of access to the full suite of real estate and facilities management capabilities. Use the License Manager to assign AppPoints to users. AppPoints are consumed immediately when the user is assigned a license, not when the user logs in to the system. Conversely, AppPoints are released back to the pool when the user is unassigned a license.

Maximo Monitor for Workplace Analytics

IBM Maximo® Monitor for Workplace Analytics expands the IoT capabilities of IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite on the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.

You can unify your location hierarchies and enable more advanced IoT device monitoring and analytics in your workspaces. Dashboards are available to monitor KPIs for the environment, space usage, and movement.

In addition, you can integrate with a number of other applications. For example:

  • Integrate with Cisco Webex to monitor environments and space utilization in buildings.
  • Integrate with Cisco Spaces to understand movement and usage across spaces and uncover utilization insights.

TRIRIGA Application Suite Location Service for Esri

The IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite Location Service for Esri add-on solution provides enhanced GIS visualization and experience enabled by Esri ArcGIS.

You can use indoor maps and GIS information from Esri:
  • To enhance workplace experiences with interactive indoor maps and wayfinding.
  • To minimize disruptions and congestion in your office by defining safe routes and points of interest on the map.
  • To visualize spatial data across the portfolio from your existing CAD/BIM data and scale quickly.
  • To display portfolio data on base maps for insightful visual analysis.
  • To use static wayfinding to improve location awareness and increase operational efficiencies.

IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite Connector for Maximo
Enable consistent operations with bidirectional synchronization of portfolio data with IBM Maximo Manage such as People, Places, and Assets. Coordinate facilities and asset operations with real-time service request routing between TRIRIGA and Maximo Manage. Streamline planning and execution with synchronized TRIRIGA project tasks with Work Orders in Maximo Manage.
