Installing TRIRIGA Application Suite Connector for Maximo in Maximo Application Suite 8.8 and 8.9

The TRIRIGA® Application Suite Connector for Maximo® can be installed by using the customized .zip file that is provided from Passport Advantage. This .zip file contains all of the configurations that are necessary to complete the installation process.

Procedure

  1. In Maximo Application Suite, on the Suite navigation page, click the Applications tile.
  2. On the Applications page, click Manage.
  3. On the Manage page, click Actions, then click Update configuration.
  4. In the Configurations list, click the edit icon for Customization.
  5. In the Customization section, set System managed to off and then click Add customization archive.
  6. In the File address field, enter the path of the .zip file that contains the configurations.
  7. Scroll up the page, click Apply changes, and then click Confirm to update the instance. The process can take between 20 minutes to 1-2 hours depending on the cluster resources.
  8. Optional: In the Red Hat® OpenShift® cluster, monitor the logs that are created in the build pods of the Manage namespace.
