Providing user access

For IBM® App Connect to use the IBM TRIRIGA® Application Suite APIs and modules, an integration user must be assigned with specific permissions.

Procedure

  1. Create an integration user that is both an admin user and not part of the admin security group.
  2. Assign that user to a new or existing group for the integration.
  3. In App Connect, select User Profile > License Details and add the TRIRIGA Application Suite base license.
  4. Select either a newly created group or an existing group and then click the Access tab and add the appropriate access for the integration.
  5. Add the following permissions for the group.
    Module Business Object Permissions
    Location triBuilding Read
    triAPIConnect triAPICTimestamp Read and update
  6. Ensure you meet specific requirements to fetch data from the provided URLs.
    URL Requirement
    GET /oslc/spq/triAPICOutboundBuildingQC Read access to triBuilding Business object
    GET /oslc/spq/triAPICTimeStampQC Read access to triAPICTimestamp Business Object
    POST /oslc/so/triAPICTimeStampRS/ Write access to triAPICTimestamp Business Object
