Integrating

A collection of predefined integrations is available to integrate between IBM® TRIRIGA® Application Suite and IBM Maximo® Application Suite and between TRIRIGA Application Suite and IBM Envizi ESG Suite. These integrations can be used to enable many use cases and each use case can be configured for more flexibility.

The IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite Connector for Maximo supports the following capabilities through a collection of IBM App Connect flows:

Bidirectional loading and continuous synchronization of portfolio data such as people, locations, and assets.
Bidirectional routing of service requests between TRIRIGA Application Suite and Maximo Application Suite.
Automatic shadowing of TRIRIGA Application Suite work tasks with Maximo work orders. This shadowing enables facility teams to use TRIRIGA Application Suite for planning, budgeting and project management, while work tasks are reflected in Maximo Application Suite as work orders for completion.

App Connect

App Connect is middleware that provides a flexible environment for integration solutions to transform, enrich, route, and process business messages and data. It is a prerequisite for all the portfolio connectors and is made available as a supporting program through TRIRIGA Application Suite 11.3 and Maximo Application Suite 8.9.

App Connect flows enable specific integration use cases by connecting to predefined APIs to route and transform data. Flows can be applied in different combinations to support various use cases. Flows handle the data mapping and data validation, and they can be modified for individual requirements. These flows are run based on events or on a schedule.

TRIRIGA Application Suite Connector for Maximo integrates Maximo Application Suite and TRIRIGA Application Suite.
