Planning for installation

Before you install IBM® TRIRIGA® Application Suite, you must prepare your environment so that all configurations and software dependencies are met. These tasks include deployment size scenarios, installation and migration paths, and provisioning the environments that your deployment requires.

If you intend to install IBM Maximo® Monitor for Workplace Analytics or IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite Location Service for Esri, you must plan for their requirements also.

Note: TRIRIGA Application Suite does not support file systems that are not POSIX-compliant . For example, some NFS file system implementations are not POSIX-compliant. If you want to use an NFS file system for storage, verify with the vendor that the NFS implementation is fully POSIX-compliant.
