Creating integration controls

Integration controls map fields between Maximo® Application Suite and TRIRIGA® Application Suite. These integration controls help translate specific external values into values Maximo understands.

1. In Maximo Manage, from the side navigation menu, click Integration > Enterprise Services and then click Create Integration Controls.
2. Click Add New Control > Add New XRef Control. Refer to the following table to create five cross-reference integration controls.

3. Go to the Integration > Enterprise Services and then click New Enterprise Service. Create enterprise services as given in the following table.

4. Go to the Integration > Publish Channels and then click New Publish Channel. Create publish channels as given in the following table.

5. To verify the integration controls, go to the PLUSITRIRIGA External System.
   1. From the side navigation menu, click Integration > External Systems.
   2. In the System field, enter PLUSITRIRIGA and then click the PLUSITRIRIGA external system.
   3. From the More Actions menu, click Setup Integration Controls.
   4. Ensure that all five integration controls are listed.
