Creating the PLUSISRDOCS object structure

Create the PLUSISRDOCS object structure and add the DOCLINKS and WORKLOG source objects to it.

1. In Maximo® Manage, from the side navigation menu, click Integration > Object Structures.
2. Search for and open the MXSR object structure.
3. From the More Actions menu, click Duplicate Object Structure.
4. In the Object Structure field, enter PLUSISRDOCS and then click Save Object Structure.
5. In the Source Objects for PLUSISRDOCS table, add the DOCLINKS source object.
   1. Click the New Row icon.
   2. In the Object field, click the Select Value icon and then find and select the DOCLINKS object.
   3. In the Relationship field, select DOCLINKS.
   4. In the Parent Object, select SR.
      The value in the Object Location Path field must be SR/DOCLINKS.
   5. In the Object Order field, specify 1.
   6. In the Alternate Key field, click the Select Value icon and select PLUSIEXTREF.
6. In the Source Objects for PLUSISRDOCS table, add the WORKLOG source object.
   1. Click the New Row icon.
   2. In the Object field, click the Select Value icon and then find and select the WORKLOG object.
   3. In the Relationship field, select UXWORKLOG.
   4. In the Parent Object, select SR.
      The value in the Object Location Path field must be SRWORKLOG.
   5. In the Object Order field, specify 2.
   6. In the Alternate Key field, click the Select Value icon and select PLUSIEXTREF.
7. From the More Actions menu, click Exclude/Include Fields and include the Description_LongDescription nonpersistent field. For more information, see Including nonpersistent fields in the object structure.
