Adding the App Connect certificate in Maximo Application Suite 8.9 and later

You must import the App Connect certificate in the Maximo® Application Suite to enable an encrypted communication for TRIRIGA® Application Suite Connector for Maximo.

Procedure

  1. Extract the App Connect certificate from an imported flow URL.
  2. In the App Connect, go to the flow's page, click Test, and then Try It to get the proper URL.
  3. In Maximo Application Suite, click the AppSwitcher icon, click the Workspaces card, and then open the workspace where Maximo Manage is deployed.
  4. Click Actions, click Update configuration, and then click the pencil icon for Imported Certificates.
  5. Disable System managed, click Add, enter the extracted certificate in the fields, and then click Confirm.
  6. Click Apply Changes to update the truststore with the new certificate.
