Installing TRIRIGA Application Suite Connector for Maximo in Maximo Application Suite 8.10 and later

The TRIRIGA® Application Suite Connector for Maximo® can be installed by using the Catalog page in Maximo Application Suite 8.10 and later.

Procedure

  1. In Maximo Application Suite, on the Suite administration page, click Catalog.
  2. Click the Add-ons tab, search for the TRIRIGA Connector, and click its tile.
  3. On the TRIRIGA Connector page, review the information and then click Configure.
  4. On the Update Manage workspace configuration page, in the Components section, in the New version column, select latest.
  5. Click Apply changes and then click Confirm to begin the installation. The process can take anywhere between 20 minutes to a couple of hours based on the cluster resources.
  6. Optional: In the Red Hat® OpenShift® cluster, monitor the logs that are created in the build pods of the Manage namespace.
