Converting On-Premise/SaaS user licenses to TAS License

You can use the license conversion utility to convert the On-Premise/SaaS TRIRIGA licenses to TAS license.

The conversion logic is based on the following mapping:

Note: The IBM TAS Self-Service No-charge license does not need to be explicitly assigned to users. By default, all active users have access to this license.

Procedure

  1. Open a single TRIRIGA application in a container.
  2. Log in to the TRIRIGA Administrator Console as a system user.
  3. From the left menu, click Licenses and assign the IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite - Configure license to system user.
  4. Download and import this OM Package in TAS environment. The following two queries are available under the System Reports tab.

  5. Run the following query: TAS Licenses - Generate
  6. Select Dummy record and click Generate Records. Review the results.
  7. Select records to convert to TAS license and click Convert License.
  8. Run the following query: TAS Licenses - User List. Review the current licenses assigned to each user.
