Clone a View
About this task
When you need to create a similar view with minor modifications, you can clone the view. Cloning a view duplicates its layout, filters, and settings, but it does not copy any underlying data, such as work items or cards.
To clone a view:

In the top right corner, click Actions, and then select Clone
view

A new view is created with its settings independent of the original view. You can then modify the new View according to your needs, and any changes made will not affect the original view.
By default, the newly cloned view is set to Private Access mode and only
you can access it. Once you have made the necessary adjustments to the view, you can share it with
your portfolio (project) or team members, or make it public if needed. To do this, move the new
private view to a shared folder or edit the access settings by clicking Actions > Set up
view > Access tab.
Note: You can only copy views one at a time; it is not possible to
clone entire folders with all their nested views or to copy dashboards with all their
widgets.
