Cleaning up metadata and data
In the Administrator Console, you can clean up any stale or invalid metadata and data by
using the Metadata Analysis object and Database Info
object, respectively.
Using Metadata Analysis tool
You can use the Metadata Analysis tab to cleanup your application's definition. Metadata can get out of sync over time as you develope and customize your Business Objects, Forms, Workflows, and queries. Newer Platform versions prevent you from removing fields from Business Objects without first removing them from Forms, Queries, and Workflows. Also, the updated publish routines resolve many issues.
Using Deep Cleanup process
Starting with TRIRIGA Application Platform 3.6.1 version, a new Deep Cleanup option is added to the Admin Console's Database Info page. This performs a deep-clean process by examining and removing stale and invalid data from both T_tables and metadata tables.
