I. Quick reference for the Gantt scheduler

Starting in IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform 3.5.1, the Gantt scheduler is a JavaScript-based DHTML component and has an updated look and feel. Use the legends below to guide you through the updated user interface.

II. Legend 1: Row and cell colors in the Gantt task table

  • Added row - Added row
  • Deleted row - Deleted row
  • Focused cell - Focused cell
  • Focused cell in edit mode - Focused cell in edit mode
  • Focused row - Focused row
  • Row where any cell value is changed - Row where any cell value is changed
  • Changed cell - Changed cell
  • Cell with invalid or missing data - Cell with invalid or missing data
  • Read only cell - Read only cell
  • Row under mouse cursor - Row under mouse cursor

III. Legend 2: Bar colors in Gantt chart

The Gantt chart contains bars on a timeline that graphically represent your tasks. The task bars in the Gantt chart are color-coded, based on several conditions such as percent completion, whether the task is part of the critical path, whether the task is an umbrella task, and so on. Most of the conditions and corresponding bar colors are noted in the legend.

Note: The Gantt scheduler toolbar in the image below contains the Undo icon, Redo icon, and Show Baseline check box that were introduced in IBM TRIRIGA 3.5.2.

For each task condition in the Task Name column of the task table, the corresponding bar colors are shown in the Gantt chart.
