  • Issue with maintaining table records from the Global scope:

    There is an intermittent issue in ServiceNow, when reading or updating scoped application table records from the Global scope. The workaround is to use the GlideRecord class, instead of GlideRecordSecure to read or update those tables. For more information, see Updating a scoped record from the Global scope.
