The hardware specifications for the primary storage server
depend on the platform and deployment size.
The primary storage server handles topology builds, data
presentation requests, and manages the storage server pool. You must
have one primary storage server for each TADDM deployment. You can
add additional capacity by deploying secondary storage servers.
Processor speed
The following table lists the minimum processor speed that is required for a primary storage
server, depending on platform and deployment size. Faster processors improve performance.

Disk space
A minimum of 50 GB is needed
in addition to what is required for the TADDM product installation.
This additional disk space is used to store items such as DLA books,
additional logging, and tracing information.
