This report type reports on the run environment of the CKRCARLA engine program. Several of the
fields it contains are similar to the fields for TYPE=SYSTEM; for TYPE=RUN, they apply to the system
on which the program runs. This newlist type can serve as the target of an implicit lookup from all
newlist types. For example:
- NEWLIST TYPE=any
- SORTLIST … 'report created at' :run.datetime
