Saving and exporting printable data
You can save a printable table in CSV format and export the communication window to RTF format.
About this task
You can save all printable tables as Comma Separated Values format (CSV). Different programs, such as Microsoft Excel, can read this format. You can also export the communication window to an RTF format. See Using the Communication window.
Procedure
To save table information in CSV or RTF format, perform these steps:
- Select File > Save As.
- In the Save as dialog, enter a file name. If this name exists, a warning box displays. If you do not change the name, it overwrites the original file.
- Click Save.
