Explanation
 You defined a control unit with CIB, CL5, CL6, or CS5 channel paths (TYPE keyword) where all of the
channel paths do not connect to the same target CPC (CSYSTEM keyword on CHPID statement). All
CIB, CL5, CL6, and CS5 channel paths in a control unit must have identical CSYSTEM keyword
values.

System action
 IOCP continues to validate and check the syntax
of the remaining statements. However, it does not generate an IOCDS
and it does not produce configuration reports.

 Ensure that all of the CIB,
