Explanation
Two parallel control units both attach to the same path (switch.link)
and have a unit address in common. Unit address values for the control
units must be unique. CVC and CBY control units that attach to the
same switch.link must be daisy-chained. All daisy-chained control
units must have unique unit addresses. 

System action
IOCP continues to validate and check the syntax of the remaining
statements. However, it does not generate an IOCDS and it does not
produce configuration reports. 

Programmer response
Either change the UNITADD keyword values so that they are unique
or attach one of the control units to a different director or link.
