ICP233I UNIT ADDRESS SETS EITHER OVERLAP OR GENERATE HEX ADDRESS > FF

Explanation
An entry to add a control unit contains an incorrect unit address.
The unit address (with the number of addresses) either exceeds (hexadecimal)
FF or duplicates another unit address for the control unit.

System action
IOCP continues to validate and check the syntax of the remaining
statements. However, it does not generate an IOCDS and it does not
produce configuration reports. 

Programmer response
Change the unit addresses specified in the UNITADD parameter so
that they are correct.
