Explanation
 You attempted to define a TYPE=xxx channel
path as spanned by specifying more than one CSS ID in the CSS parameter
of the PATH keyword in the CHPID statement. All channel paths
can be spanned except CNC, CTC, CVC, CBY, FCV, CFR, and CBR. See Keyword applicability for channel paths and functions to determine which
channel path types can be spanned on which CPCs.

System action
 IOCP continues to validate and check the syntax
of the remaining statements. However, it does not generate an IOCDS
and it does not produce configuration reports. 

Programmer response
 Either change the channel path type or
specify a single CSS ID in the CSS parameter of the PATH keyword.
