Explanation
 The SYSTEM parameter contains an incorrect value.
The valid values are listed in Machine limits and rules. 

System action
 IOCP continues to validate and check the syntax
of the remaining statements. However, it does not generate an IOCDS
and it does not produce configuration reports. 

Programmer response
 Correct the SYSTEM keyword value or remove
the keyword.
