ICP136I INVALID [DEVICE | FID] NUMBER COUNT

Explanation
One of the following conditions exist:

In the ADDRESS parameter of the IODEVICE statement, a keyword value for count was
not within the allowable range of decimal 1-256.

In the FID parameter of the FUNCTION statement, a keyword value for count was not
within the allowable range of decimal 1-255.

System action
IOCP continues to validate and check the syntax of the remaining
statements. However, it does not generate an IOCDS and it does not
produce configuration reports. 

Programmer response
Correct the keyword value.
