Explanation
The length of the operand field is greater than the length IOCP
can process for operand fields. Maximum length for an operand field
is 1024 characters.

System action
IOCP continues to validate and check the syntax of the remaining
statements. However, it does not generate an IOCDS and it does not
produce configuration reports.
