Explanation
Stand-alone IOCP writes an I/O configuration source (IOCS)
file for the Build data set and Disassemble data set functions. IOCP
always includes this message in the IOCS file. It is an informational
message to indicate the version of IOCP writing the data set.

System action
IOCP writes an IOCS containing this message and continues processing.
