Explanation
The device specified for the input ddname (SYSIN) is incorrect. This message
is displayed if the input device specified is DUMMY, PRINTER, PUNCH, TERMINAL, or GRAF
('devtyp' = CRT).

Processing of the command ends. The system status remains the same. RC=40.
