The preceding statement:

Defines function identifier 1F for the card port associated with physical channel ID 330
Specifies that logical partition LP2 initially accesses the function and that LP6 is also authorized to access the function.

The above would be typical of a zEDC Express card on a machine type 2827 or 2828, which is dedicated to one partition at a time, but is reconfigurable.
