Managing Custom Column Attribute
The ServiceNow Adapter supports Business Unit Attribute. This attribute must be added in the User table in the ServiceNow portal.

Procedure
- In the ServiceNow navigation menu, search for tables.
- Select tables in the System definition section.
- Search for the User label and select User table with name of sys_user.
- Click on New and specify Type as Reference.
- In the Reference specification tab, select Business Unit table.
- Specify the column label and column name.
