Managing Custom Column Attribute

The ServiceNow Adapter supports Business Unit Attribute. This attribute must be added in the User table in the ServiceNow portal.

About this task

If the attribute is not added, take the following steps to add the attribute in the ServiceNow portal.

Procedure

  1. In the ServiceNow navigation menu, search for tables.
  2. Select tables in the System definition section.
  3. Search for the User label and select User table with name of sys_user.
  4. Click on New and specify Type as Reference.
  5. In the Reference specification tab, select Business Unit table.
  6. Specify the column label and column name.
