Problems during installation of the CE into Eclipse

Append another update site to resolve the issues related to IBM® Security Verify Directory Integrator CE installation.

If you experience problems installing the IBM® Security Verify Directory Integrator CE into a non-IBM® Security Verify Directory Integrator Eclipse environment, you may have to add an additional update site where software update can access plug-ins for Eclipse Version 4.2.2 prior to installing the IBM® Security Verify Directory Integrator feature.
