Creating a data source

To work with the IBM® Security Verify Directory Cognos® reporting, you must create a data source.

About this task

  • You must use the data source name, SDSAudit.
  • Copy the file db2cli.dll from the DB2® client installation directory to the IBM Cognos installation directory/bin folder.
  • The data source must point to the audit database. See Creating and configuring the audit database.
