The values TRUE and FALSEare not translated

The directory server messages do not translate the values TRUEand FALSE to the corresponding locales of the translated version. You can see the issue in the translated versions of IBM® Security Verify Directory, the graphical user interface (GUI) tools, such as the Web Administration Tool.
