An error might have occurred for one of the following reasons:
The DN being added would modify a read-only tree.
The logged-in user does not have permission to add an entry at the specified location.
The parent entry of the specified DN does not exist.
Synchronization and serialization issues caused a problem.
The LDAP data specified for deletion does not conform to the naming syntax.
