You can use AIX® command-line utilities to install IBM® Security Verify Directory on an AIX system.

You can use one of the following utilities for IBM Security Verify Directory installation:
SMIT
The preferred installation method is to use the utility. For more information, see Installing with SMIT.
installp
For more information, see Installing with installp.
