Cannot customize basic authentication response

When you use basic authentication (BA-auth) with Verify Identity Access, you cannot customize the acct_locked.html file to contain more images. Although you can embed images in the file, subsequent requests to access the embedded images fail.

To customize user authentication for your environment, use other authentication methods. For example, you can use forms authentication to bypass the authentication check when images from the error page are requested.
