Reverse Proxy IBM Verify Gateway Configuration

About this task

The reverse proxy wizard for IBM® Verify Gateway Configuration will:

Update the reverse proxy configuration
Create and attach POPs and ACLs
Create the HTTP Transformation files
Create a junction to the Advanced Access Control runtime
Load the signer certificate from the Advanced Access Control or Federation runtime
Create the SCIM junction, if MMFA is selected

To the run the reverse proxy wizard, follow the procedure:

Navigate Web > Manage > Reverse Proxy.
Select the proxy that is the intended point of contact for the Verify Gateway module.
Click Manage > AAC and Federation Configuration > IBM Verify Gateway Configuration.
Follow the instructions in the wizard.
The wizard calls the following APIs:
- Verify Gateway Configuration API
- Authentication and Context Based Access Configuration API
- Either one of the OAuth and OpenID Connect Provider Configuration or the MMFA Configuration API
The Verify Gateway Configuration API creates the required HTTP Transformation rules and configures them on the selected reverse proxy instance. All other configuration steps are performed by using the APIs listed above.
