Set the GSKit cache lifetime timeout value
The gsk-crl-cache-entry-lifetime stanza
entry specifies the lifetime timeout value for all entries in the
GSKit CRL cache. The value is expressed in seconds and can have a
range of 0-86400 seconds. The default value is 0.
Note: There
is no maximum limit imposed by either WebSEAL or GSKit, but the value
must be contained in a 64-bit integer.
