Other ways to manipulate administration objects

You can use the Java™ administration APIs to manipulate administration objects. Other than that, you also can use the Registry Direct Java API to manipulate administration objects.

Registry Direct Java API
The Registry Direct API directly accesses the underlying Verify Identity Access registry rather than through Authorization servers or Policy Server. The API also provides access to most of the underlying registry user attributes and the attributes available through the traditional Verify Identity Access Java API. See the Registry Direct Java API section for details.
