In addition, IBM Support Insights helps reduce gaps in support coverage, enabling IT Leaders to simplify management of their entire IT estate across multiple vendors. It combines deep analytics, modern technology, and data synchronization capabilities to deliver visibility and insights needed to drive greater customer satisfaction and optimized service profitability.
