Notification subscriptions in IBM Support Insights

IBM Support Insights enables users to subscribe to notifications for Alerts from the Risks and recommendations page. Notifications are sent via email to the user’s inbox.

The Notification subscriptions page is where you configure the type of alerts you want to subscribe to and how often.

To access it, click on the User button, located on the far right-hand side of the application's header, and select the Notification settings option.

Using the Notification subscriptions page, you may opt to receive Coverage alerts, Hardware end of support (Eos) alerts or Open source CVE analysis alerts.

By default, all notification sections are collapsed and can be expanded when clicked on.
