As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.
Fixed issues and upgrades
Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.
General updates
- The user set map location and zoom level are now persisted throughout user sessions, bringing an interface upgrade by allowing you to pick up your geo drilldown where you left off.
- The TAM reports' names can now be up to 200 characters long, giving you the possibility of adding desired details to each report's name.
- A distinction between hardware and virtual devices is now introduced in the TAM reports page's header table. Virtual devices can now also be filtered and searched for in the Asset details table in TAM too.
- You can now get information about your user role or client subscription level by inquiring the SI AI assistant.
Known issues and limitations
Following is a brief outline of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.
